The probability of at least 198 trees being damaged out of 200 can be calculated using the binomial distribution formula. The probability of at most 70 trees being damaged can also be calculated using the binomial distribution formula. Then, the probability of both events happening can be found by adding the probabilities of each event occurring. This will give the overall probability of at least 198 trees being damaged and at most 70 trees being damaged out of 200. **
